The house is in excellent condition. We upgraded everything since we bought it getting a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water heater, air conditioner, and metal roof and it’s freshly painted inside. We modified the outside so there is little to maintain making it great for someone who just wants to go down for long weekends and holidays. Whoever buys this great house can just move in and start having fun. Our boat is for sale, too . We are just a few minutes, by boat to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, plus have direct access to both the Gulf of Mexico and theAtlantic Oceanfor diving, snorkeling, fishing, or putting out traps for crab and lobster. If one prefers to experience fun events on land, there are always a lot of things going on all the time inKey WestandMarathon as well as in our own neighborhood. Our house is just 27 miles fromKey Westand 23 mile fromMarathon. Our own neighborhood, Ramrod Key, has all the conveniences one might need in walking distance — a gas station, small grocery store, veterinarian, dive shop, horticultural/garden center, miniature golf course, a hotel and bar and two restaurants. Plus the neighbors are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
