1. Click on this link below. Copy and paste the membership form and complete the form, including your accurate address and phone numbers. Please make sure the email address is legible, as only those with email addresses will be able to receive special notification about programs as they develop. Please note: you must attend and graduate a LLGF seminar prior to joining a chapter.
2. Email your form to your prospective local chapter leader or bring it with your payment to their next chapter meeting. You can click on our Forum web page or email the chapter leader for the date and location of their next meeting. Your chapter contact can tell you whether they can accept checks and to whom it should be made payable. Cash is preferred. No credit card or Paypal payments can be accepted for Chapter Membership, however they are accepted for LLGF seminar reservations.
