Sunday optional fishing from supplied charter boats. IT’S BEST TO BOOK A MONTH IN ADVANCE if you want to go fishing on the charter boats, so we can secure the fishing boats.  After that we have to see what boats in the area are still available.

NO EXPERIENCE, BOAT, MEMBERSHIP OR EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY!

Come to the kick off party and appetizer Contest on Friday Sept. 8 5:30 to 7:30 pm. On Saturday afternoon, learn about inshore and offshore fishing in the classroom then have a chance to practice fishing skills one on one inside and on the property outside in small groups with the instructors! Followed by raffle and silent auction. Fish on Sunday from the charter boats (sign up upon registering)!

Friday Kickoff Party Sponsored by Harbor Financial Services:

5:30 – 7:30 pm Kickoff party, raffle, auction. Appetizer contest, snacks, cash bar. Marlin Club members invited. Appetizer contest prizes awarded. Bring an appetizer if you want to enter! Everyone who indicates they are bringing an appetizer on their party reservation form gets a gift in addition to the winner’s prizes if they win.

Education Day Saturday:

  • 9:30 am doors open ladies pick up name tags, auction preview
  • 10-11 Intros, orientation, conservation, door prizes. Announcements and details for Sunday Fishing with tips on charter fishing protocol.
  • 11 – Noon Inshore Fishing with Capt. Joel Cunningham
  • Noon – 1 Brown Bag Lunch (bring your own sandwich and drink or get together with some of the gals and order a pizza ) Reeling against a human fish and conservation/dehooking, demonstrated by Betty Bauman. Learn what to wear for fishing with fashions from Aftco/Guy Harvey and Hook & Tackle!
  • 1-2 pm: Offshore Fishing with Capt. Rick Ryals
  • Break, Class photo
  • 2-4 or 4:30 pm Skill practice

  • $69 Regular Rate, $85 for walk ins.  Please sign up in advance so we can be prepared.
  • $99 VIP registration including goody bag and discounts on souvenir purchases.
  • Women with teens see registration for a very special rate per person

Other Registration options:

  • $35 Social Angler (Fri. party only and want to fish on Sunday, sign up for your fishing same time please. This gets you on the roster for Sunday fishing, fishing is additional) If you registered for the class the party is included.
  • Fri. Party only is free for our specially-invited guests but please try to buy some raffle tickets (no classes no fishing,  just the party, raffle & auction) If you registered for the class the party is included.

Sunday Fishing Rates per person 8 am – 2 pm

  • Inshore $185 Taking 2-4 per boat, typically up to 24 feet for shallow water
  • Offshore $220 Boats may be sport fish boats or center consoles taking 4-6 people per per boat
  • Sea Love Party Boat – Reserve on your own (picks up at different location, approx. $60)
